We began as a small group that has worked together for years in IT Vendor Management, Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, IT infrastructure, Datacenter Operations, Service Desk and Program/Project Management, and more, all from Fortune 100 company backgrounds. We have expertise from all aspects of end-to-end IT Vendor Management including certified negotiators, procurement specialists, relationship management professionals, strategic partnership specialists, program and project management professionals, business systems analysts, outsourcing analysts, change management, MSP & MSR specialists, XaaS expertise, and IT Infrastructure and Operations backgrounds. Our breadth and decades of experience, industry partnerships, proven track record of accomplishments, and dedication to excellence, are what we bring to the table as your partner, and on your behalf.

Our Approach

Understanding both your current and future plans, and how you may be relying on third party service providers is important so that we can be as effective as possible in addressing your current requirements and ensure you are well positioned for the future initiatives of your business or organization.

We will work to ensure that you are well positioned from contractual, deliverable, financial, performance, relationship, and operational perspectives. We will do this by focusing on your needs and expectations from your IT Vendors, and of course addressing any areas where there are gaps in the services provided or cost concerns.

Whether it is an individual SOW redline that is needed, or a more intricate cost negotiation initiative, we will be your partner and represent only your interests. We can do this transparently, divulging to the vendor that we have been contracted on your behalf. Or if you would prefer we will work anonymously, and present as direct employees of your business – we are happy to accommodate whatever your preference.

Once we have a clear, complete, and agreed upon scope and understanding of your requests, needs, or concerns we will present our strategy, next steps, and remediation plan for your awareness and approval. Our general preference is to interface with the vendors independently and deliver the results to you, and of course we will provide updates every step of the way.

Pricing

We don’t offer any pre-priced packages because we realize that all our clients are unique in their preferences, requirements, and situations. We are here to work for you and on your behalf and we will provide fair transparent charges for our services.  And, we will never try to push you towards buying any of our services that you don’t want or need.
