– Documentation review, such as redlining SOW’s based on your specific business requirements.

– Develop proper SLA’s based on your business requirements to ensure you will be getting the services you require, and are paying for.

– Develop KPI’s (and other metrics) for the ongoing monitoring of vendor performance

– Ensure there are no “gotchas” such as no auto-renewals, no nested-negatives, compliance assurance, clarifying data ownership/stewardship when necessary.

– …and much, much, more.

– Finally, we are here to partner with you and will assist in whatever capacity where we have the expertise. If something is out of our scope, we will not take on such a responsibility – it’s part of our commitment to integrity and we will not accept any work outside of our expertise.

And, what we don't do...

In the realm of IT Vendor Management there isn’t much that we don’t do but there are a few things we believe it is important for you to be aware of:

We do not provide any formal legal consultation. We partner strongly with legal teams and work with them extensively, as needed, on contract language, MSAs, NDAs, etc. However, we do not provide professional legal services – that is best left to your own counsel (and of course we will gladly collaborate and partner with them).

We do not formally provide any architecture, equipment, or technical recommendations – these decisions are best left to your internal  IT decision makers and while we do have significant technology acumen this is out of the realm of the services we intend to provide. We can and will gladly share our experiences, benefits, pitfalls, if it would be helpful but this is not one of our primary service offerings.

We do not partner with or receive any compensation from any vendors. If we provide any insight or recommendations to you regarding a specific vendor (either for or against) it is based solely on our direct experience in working with them – there are no behind-the-scenes agreements between VMOPro and any IT Vendor.

We do not try to sell you our services you may not need, use convoluted pricing models, or otherwise take advantage of your budget. Our goal is to partner with you to ensure that you are in a satisfied, strong, and secure position in all dealings with your IT vendors.
